As our products come under the Food & Beverage category, we cannot accept returns. Therefore we cannot offer refunds.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Beyond Water. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may write to us at "help@drinkbeyond.co.in" and our team will make sure to find the best resolution.
CancellationAll cancellations maybe only be accepted within 5 minutes of placing the order. No refunds will be issued once the order has been accepted.
Refunds
In the case order is declined by Beyond Water & the payment has been made online, Beyond Water will issue a refund within 5 to 7 business days from date & time of purchase. Damaged products will be replaced.
